Program Overview

The Ink Points Loyalty Program is designed to reward our valued clients for their continued patronage and engagement with The Tattoo Valley. By participating in our program, you can earn points through various activities and redeem them for exciting rewards.

Free to Join: Membership in the Ink Points program is completely free and automatic when you create an account with The Tattoo Valley.

How to Earn Ink Points

Referral System

+30 points per approved referral

Share your unique code. When your friend comes in and gets tattooed, you earn 30 points after admin approval — and they get R100 off their first session. Up to 5 referral rewards per year.
Review or Social Tag

+10 points (one-time)

Leave us a 5-star Google review or tag us on social media (@thetattoovalley). Awarded once per client after admin approval.

Get first choice on appointments

VIP Membership: Once you reach 300 points and have spent at least R1500 with us, you can redeem them for 1-year VIP membership. The expiry date is tracked from your redemption date, not from when you earned the points.

Reward Redemption: You can redeem rewards through your client portal. All redemptions are logged and tracked in your points history.

Terms & Conditions

Automatic Point Awards
  • Spend-based points: 1 point per R100 spent
  • Return within 60 days: +10 points automatically
  • Points awarded immediately after service completion
Manual Point Awards
  • Referrals: +30 points after admin approval (max 5 rewards per year)
  • Review or social media tag: +10 points, once per client (admin reviewed)
  • All manual points require staff verification
Referral System
  • Every user gets a unique referral code when they sign up
  • Friends enter your referral code on their first-session form
  • The referred friend gets R100 off their first tattoo session
  • Referrer earns +30 points only after admin approval, up to 5 rewards per year
VIP Ink Club
  • Redeem at 300 points, once you have spent at least R1500 with us
  • 1-year membership from redemption date (not earning date)
  • 10% discount on all tattoos (up to R300 per session) during membership
  • R400 birthday voucher annually while VIP active
General Terms
  • Points cannot be transferred between accounts
  • All point changes are logged with reasons and admin ID
  • Reward redemption requires minimum point balance
  • One account per person/email address
Program Modifications
  • The Tattoo Valley reserves the right to modify program terms
  • Members will be notified of significant changes
  • All changes are logged in the system
  • Continued participation implies acceptance of changes
